Olsun Electrics has invested in a new Amada 110-Ton Press Brake for our sheet metal fabrication operation. We fabricate all the ventilated, encapsulated, load interrupter, pad mounted and substation enclosures at our facility here in Richmond, Illinois. The punch holders and die holders on the new machine allow for quick change of tooling. In addition, all the new tooling has a standard working height which also improves setup time and operation. The purchase also included new bending software which increases productivity by automatically generating press brake programs from part models.
Olsun Electrics continues to invest in new equipment that will improve the performance and quality of our products. Two new coil winding machines along with one new round expandable coil winding mandrel will be delivered later in 2020.
