Installer preferred larger bottom wiring compartment to accommodate cable bends. Conduit accessible to bottom wiring compartment from the sides, back and bottom of the enclosure.
Larger and wider spaced terminals facilitate easier cable connections. The bottom wiring compartment does not have water collection problem associated with top entry designs.
Padlockable, hinged, fold down and gasketed door allows easy access into the bottom wiring compartment.
A full length piano style hinge, welded to the door and enclosure, provides structural and security integrity.
A solid, gasketed and bolted access plate provides an economical option to the hinged door.
Prominent enclosure bracket, welded to the enclosure, provides a surface to rivet the stainless steel factory nameplate and customer required tags.
Two lifting lugs, fabricated from 3/8” x 1-1/2” stainless steel flat bar and welded to the top of the enclosure, are readily and permanently accessible.
Dual external, diagonally opposite side, grounding bosses are welded to the base.
Internal ground stud to accommodate factory provided neutral terminal ground wire and incoming cable grounds and shields.
