Olsun Electrics custom designed five NEMA 1 Cold Rolled Steel Substation Dry Type Transformers for a 35 story mixed-use tower located in the Historic Core of Downtown Los Angeles. Perla on Broadway will consist of 450 for-sale condominiums seated atop 7,000 square feet of ground-level retail and restaurant space. The building, which features a slim tower structure protruding above a mid-rise podium, is billed as the first residential high-rise built within the Historic Core in over a century.
